All services are delivered digitally.
3. Order Process
- Orders are accepted through WhatsApp, email, or website inquiry.
- Clients must provide accurate reference images, CAD files, instructions, and requirements.
- Any changes after work commencement may incur additional charges.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted based on project scope and complexity.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required before work begins.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of service non-delivery.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
5. Revisions Policy
- Free revisions are provided as per the agreed scope.
- Revisions beyond the initial scope or after final approval will be chargeable.
- Revision requests must be made within 3 working days of delivery.
6. Turnaround Time
- Turnaround time depends on project complexity and volume.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to technical or revision-based delays.
- Urgent or express delivery may attract additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final delivered images or videos.
- Jewelry Render Service India retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless a written NDA is agreed upon.
- Clients must own or have permission to use the reference materials provided.
8. Confidentiality
- All client files, designs, and data are kept strictly confidential.
- We do not share or resell client data to third parties.
- NDAs can be signed upon request.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing correct and complete instructions.
- Delays caused due to missing or incorrect information are not our responsibility.
- Approval once given confirms satisfaction with the delivered output.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of delivered files.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service.
- We do not guarantee business profits or sales results from rendered images.
11. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once started cannot be canceled.
- If cancellation is approved before work begins, administrative charges may apply.
- No refunds for completed or partially completed work.
12. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for image rejection, policy changes, or compliance issues on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Shopify, or other marketplaces.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
